TO MAKE APPRO. 13 RICE BALLS YOU WILL NEED
1). TWO
COOKED BOIL IN BAGS OF WHITE RICE
( STRAIN AND LET COOL TILL JUST WARM(YOU DONT WANT TO COOK THE EGGS WHEN YOU MIX THEM IN.)
2). 4 EGGS (LIGHTLY BEATEN)
3). APPR ONE AND A HALF CUPS OF GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE(YOU CAN USE A BIT MORE IF YOU LIKE)
4). ONE GOOD HANDFUL OF DRIED PARSLEY
5). A SPRINKLE OF SALT AND PEPPER
6). CANOLA OR VEGGIE OIL(QUITE A BIT) FOR FRYING
MIX EVERYTHING ACCEPT THE OIL (DUHHH,LOL)TOGETHER IN A BIG BOWL REALLY WELL!
LET SIT LIKE 10 MINUTES
HEAT ABOUT A BIT MORE THEN A 1/4 INCH OF OIL IN DEEP FRYING PAN TILL REALLY HOT.
SHAPE ONE RICE BALL AT A TIME IN TO A EGG SHAPE AND PLACE CAREFULLY IN OIL (ABOUT ONE AND A HALF TRUE ICE CREAM SCOOPS WORTH,( DONT MAKE BIGGER OR THEY WONT COOK THROUGH) DONT MESS WITH THEM TO MUCH OR THEY WILL JUST FALL APPART.
NOWWWWWWWW GET READY FOR A HOT OIL SPLASHING FEST!!!! MAKE SURE ALL YOUR SKIN IS COVERED !!!! WATCH OUT FOR YOUR FACE TO!!!!! WHEN YOU PLACE THEM IN THE OIL THEY WILL SPARK OIL EVERYWHERE AND AT A CRAZY PACE!!!!!
AFTER ABOUT TWO MINUTES WHEN THE BOTTOM IS A PRETTY YELLOW GOLDEN COLOR CAREFULLY FLIP THEM OVER WITH TONGS IF YOU HAVE. THEN LET COOK ANOTHER 3 MINUTES OR SO TILL THEY ARE ALL GOLDEN YELLOW. DONT OVER FRY OR THEY WILL BE TO HARD TO BITE INTO LATER!! AFTER YOU FLIP THEM THE OIL SPLASHING FEST CALMS DOWN A BIT (THANK GOD!!!!
LAY THEM ON SOME PAPER TOWELS TO COOL.
I LIKE THEM BEST AT ROOM TEMPATURE! NOT CRAZY ABOUT THEM HOT.
