Grass is coming along.

My neighbor carol gave me some iris's that are blooming now.

Found some cool shells, sea glass and drift wood at Hobart last week. I'm trying to think of something i can do in the yard with all the beach treasures we find???

More grass,yippppppp! The blank dirt path is left with no grass on purpose. I want to eventually put down paving stones of some sort.

The vine is starting to grow and hang over.

This is the small patch of annual wildflowers i planted. so far so good.

These are some of the perennial wildflowers coming back that my sister in law Courtney gave me a few years back.

Pretty perennial my aunt pat gave me a few years back .

                      Took the round table off the deck.Its just to big for the space. I will use a fold out rectangle table when needed with a table cloth.

A awesome driftwood walking stick billy found last week.

I made the sauce for Sunday dinner. Red pack is pretty darn good!

I run it through the mill to get rid of seeds and skin.

Trimmed all the fat i could off the rack of pork ribs which will go right into the sauce as is.

Chopped and fried to bigggg red bell peppers and one vadalia onion till soft. I pureed some and put it in the sauce. The rest will be on the side for the taking.

Morrrre meatballs,lol. Professional meatball maker will be on my tombstone,eshhhh.

Here it is with all the goodies in it. I let it simmer with a lid on stirring every 20 minutes for 2 1/2 hours. Now it will cool and go in the fridge till time to heat up for dinner. (made sauce Saturday).

I'm HUNGRYYYY!!! :/

Moon Magic etc

Why hello there neighbor. This adorable girl was hanging next to me when I got Anna some Starbucks yesterday. She is getting gray so she's kinda old and I think cant hear very well. It took me forever to find a noise to make her look at me for a pic.

While getting ready for the bedtime ritual of reading I smiled at the usual happenings around me. One being Freddie boy hunking down by my bedside for sleepy time. He truly is my shadow!!

I use reading glasses now and cliff would always see me reading in bed and say "Hey you look sexy with those glasses on babe". I haven't heard those words in a while now. Hmmmm, Maybe it has something to do with the cotton ball I use to keep the glasses pressure off my sinus problematic nose????

Cotton balls can be sexy, no??? :/

So we have a full moon coming again on Tuesday. It is another special one ,the third of the year. Its a time for the Great Invocation to be said. Eleanor Roosevelt in 1952 actually read it out to the world. In short it is a prayer asking god and the universe to fill us all with love and light. A time for hope and goodwill. Sounds good to me :} !

Also the planets will be messing with us till Thursday. It seems many of us wont be agreeing on much till then, so avoid and serious conversation till Thursday or You probably wont get your way or be understood, blahhhh!

Going to make a big pot of sauce today with onions, red peppers and pork spare ribs. It's the good tomato sauce my gram Gallo would make. Cliff doesn't like it so he will have his normal boring sauce and the rest of us will enjoy the good stuff, lol. Then some house cleaning and maybe a weee bit of yard work.

Road test two !?????

Soooooo, I let bill drive to brentwood for the road test. There was a pretty long line to wait our turn on.

Being bored i took a couple of pics. Anna's usual pose :/ .

                        Nooooo, she didn't die when she got crushed by that house. She works for the dmv!!!
She is one of their road test people and she entered the three cars in front of us and quickly exited, sending them all on their sad way for one reason or another. Then her nasty puss headed for us waiting ducks. With a grumpy icky face on she informed us that our inspection sticker is over due and she does nottttt drive in illegal vehicles :{ .After stating this she just stomped to the car next in line to seal their doom. UGHHHHH!! Nope,i didn't realize cliffs inspection was up! Poor bill but i can tell you right now there is no way in the world she would have passed him anyhow!!! she gives a bad meaning to the word witch, lol,grrrrrr!!!

                 Anywhooooo,im getting used to the laptop, sort of. Working with goggle docs to finish my book. Its not great but not horrible either.

Do ya got the frizzies?? If yes then get this!!! Run a dime size through damp hair and it really helps. You can use it on dry hair as well . I do both for my fine frizzy ends. It will last you foreverrr!!

Did i post this yet???? Anna made it . The girl is good and so is bill!!! Wish they would get into it a bit more. Maybe when they are older???

Well, gotta mow the lawn today, ick, and then do some food shopping. I have to come up with a yummy cake for bill. He turns 19 on Tuesday :O !!!

BOOK- ROAD TEST etc

Here's is the first pic for my Christmas poem section.

We shall seee, lol.

This is the new laptop. Its a very pretty turquoise color around the screen (better then in this pic).

Its white when closed and its actually a bit sparkly which i love :}. I will need to play with it a lot to get used to some of the new settings. It runs on goggle chrome , not windows . So far i miss windows but..... I think ill get used to it???

                                                          Toes are now a deep blue instead of purple. Also better in person.

Watching some pioneer women (food network at 1pm and 5pm) with my tea this morning. Will pick anna up early today and then bill will drive us to road test number two ........ :/.....I'm scaredddd , lol!!!

Trying out the new laptop.

I'm backkkkk!!! 

Got my hp chrome notebook today.

So far I'm having a hard time getting used to the new keyboard and there is noooooo capital lock buttonnnnnnn :O !!!! ughhhhhhhhh!!!! As some of you know, I alwayssssss write in caps and now i canttttt :{ . Oh well, i guess i cant be lazy anymore and ill have to hit shift when need be,blahhhhh!!! Don't expect any capital letter "i's" from me though ;] . At least until i get used to this thing.

Okay,that's it for now. I'm just testing this out today and will post something better for you all tomorrow. I've missed ya's but at least the laptop came in the mail early ;] .
