Dollar store

Had some fun at the dollar store yesterday. Got this witch leg banner :} and the tall candles with skulls (hard to see. bad pic).

And this adorable guy and friends for the fridge :}.

I got these wrought iron keys (Huge! Like 7 inches long with out ring) at Micheal's for like 3 bucks after discount.

And I used sparkly black pipe cleaners for my pumpkin head :}.

All you summer girls will be happy this week. Back into the 80's they say, so enjoy ;].

Here is my guy. I still have to add a handle. I'm not sure if I want to use metal wire or if I want to use cool black sparkly pipe cleaners I found at the store????

Back in the day they made these to be lanterns. The faces were cut out and replaced with translucent type paper that was painted so the light would shine through. I was to lazy for that,lol.

Anyone ever wonder what it is like inside my head?

I laughed when I saw the above pic because it pretty much sums up my mind in a nut shell. Its always Halloween with Christmas in the mix a couple of months a year :}.(Oh and there's a Easter bunny who is always hopping around ;])

Getting Annabella ready for school today. Her first day is tomorrow. I have to bleach her hair ends and make zucchini muffins. Those are my orders,lol.

Paper Mache Clay part 2

Good morning :}!

So last night Anna and I worked on our mache projects. She was up to this point when I got pooped and went to bed. This morning I found the below drying on the table. I am assuming she is done. At least I hope she is cause I love it!!! To me its a cross between Jack and Sally from The Nightmare before Christmas :}. Great job Bella!!!

And here is my copy cat Pumpkin basket thus far :}. He will have a BIG toothy smile,lol.

So, some of you probably aren't happy with this cooler weather and I do feel bad for you :{ ...but, I cant lie. It makes me wanna make a bunch of comfort food and hibernate in coziness,lol. A pile of pillows and blankets on the couch with yummy snacks and Halloween movies. The cooler weather also make me want to get outside during day light hours to garden! Look out flower beds. Your time is coming ;].
