Starting my low carb diet today.I quit smoking 9 days ago and have since put on 4 pounds.Soooo ,thats not acceptable!!!!Time to get rid of those bad boys.Hard boiled eggs are great on this diet .I would stick with 1 or 2 a day.Peel them,a little salt and you feel like you ate something.I also keep cooked chicken in the fridge ,tuna,favorite no sugar cold cuts(genoa salami),cheese cubes and sunflower seeds(in the shell).Oh and I do use full fat mayo(its o.k!)The seeds are handy when ya need that tv snack.There are some good low carb yogurts and ice creams but I try to keep it to a minimum.I'm not a fan of fake sugar products.After 2 weeks i'll start throwing in some veggies and low carb bread .Dont forget to drink water if ya try this.Stay away from diet coke etc (no more then 1 8oz cup a day).No juices either!!BYE BYE FOUR POUNDS!!!!

This is a clothe doll i found this week at the thrift store .I think shes lovely(even though my husband, son and friend anne all think shes abit scarey,lol)I'll have lots of fun making new clothes for her on my machine.Very "Little Women".
