2 1/2 cups frozen or fresh blueberries(i used frozen)
1/2 cup freshly sqeezed orange juice
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup plus 3 Tablsp sugar
bring above to boil in pot on med heat
lower to simmer and add a mixture of well blended
2 Tablsp cornstarch
1/4 cup water
simmer 4 minutes till coats a metal spoon thickly
take off heat and stir in
1/4 teasp vanilla
2 pinches cinnamon
thats it!!!!!
I hear sauces are better after they sit a few hours or over night but it tastes good to me warm still in the pot:>
put on cheesecake pancakes waffles ice cream etc.
ENJOY!!!

BLUEBERRY SAUCE- LET ME JUST SAY YUMMM
Thanks to my sister in law and niece liking blueberry sauce on their cheese cake I now know why:}.I tweeked a basic recipe I found and man is it good.Well since I never really had it before Im not really sure how it will stand up to others buttttt.. I like it:>
