Tried Bakerellas cheese cake tonight and I gotta say it was pretty easy.You do need a good strong mixer though(which I dont have:/,I still use my moms old one from like the 70s;]).It has to set over night so I'll let ya know how it came out tomorrow.(I know , I know it cracked :)Ahhhh who cares,lol(hit bakerellas web site for recipe,its cool!!)
