YET ANOTHER DIET,UGHHHHH!!

OKAY THIS DIET SEEMS TO BE STICKING!
IM LOOKING AT IT AS A WAY OF LIFE CHANGE IN MY EATING HABITS.
I CAN EAT ALL THE MEAT,SEAFOOD,CHEESE,VEGGIES AND FRUIT I WANT ,ANYTHING AT ALL ACCEPT........
I CAN EAT NO BREAD,PASTA OR CAKE TYPE SWEETS.
I WILL KEEP DOING THIS TILL I LOSE THE WEIGHT I WANT TO LOSE AND THEN ILL ALLOW MYSELF TO EAT WHAT EVER I WANT ON THE WEEKENDS TO HOPEFULLY MAINTAIN.
AT THE 7 DAYS MARK I LOST 3 POUNDS  : >. SHOOTIN FOR 25 MORE. ITS ALL IN THE BELLY!!!!!!! A GREGORY CURSE LOL.
