| AFTER THE SOUP COMES TO A BOIL COVER AND SIMMER FOR ABOUT 3 HOURS ( YUP,THREE HOURS). THEN SCOOP OUT THE BIG STUFF WITH LARGE SLOTTED SPOON AND PUT IN BOWL. |
| I STRAIN THE REST OF THE SOUP TO GET A NICE CLEAN BROTH :}. THIS IS ONE BIG A-- STRAINER I GOT FROM GRAM AND ONE HUGE BOWL !!! |

| I FRY THE ONIONS FOR LIKE 25 MINUTES ON LOW HEAT IN 3 TBSPS OF CANOLA OIL AND THEN THROW IN MY GARLIC FOR LIKE 30 SECONDS. THEN COMES MY BROTH AND WATER TO FILL ALMOST TO THE TOP (3 INCHES AWAY) |
| COOKED THIS ONE FOR ABOUT 2 HOURS AND IT WAS VERY TASTY BUT NOT A FAV :/. JUST A TIP THAT SALT IS A HUGE FACTOR IN SOUPS SO IF IT DOESNT TASTE RIGHT AFTER 3 HOURS ADD MORE SALT!!! |
