DAY # 3 (exercise)

I DID IT AGAIN :] !
STILL TOUGH AND MY LEGS ARE SORE AND FEEL LIKE ROCKS BUT ITS ALL GOOD! THEY SAY IT TAKES APPR 28 DAYS FOR SOMETHING TO BECOME A HABIT SO I NEED TO PUSH FOR 25 MORE AND THEN IT WILL BE SMOOTH SAILING (NO IM NOT THAT NIEVE,LOL) ;]
