DAY # 5 (exercise)

I TOOK A BREAK YESTERDAY BECAUSE I WAS A UNHEALTHY SORE.
FELT MUCH BETTER TODAY SO I BLASTED OUT ANOTHER WORKOUT.

    Wish I could say the same. We did take the fire island walk though so that burned some calories, but does having ice cream and pizza afterwards count? LOL
