DRUM STICK (ABOUT 10)
FLOUR
SALT
GARLIC POWER
MIX ALL THREE TOGETHER IN A BIT BOWL
COATED CHICKEN DRUMS IN IT
POPPED INTO 315 DEGREE HOT VEGGY OIL IN A CAST IRON PAN
(A STARTED AT 320 BUT IT WAS POPPING GREASE ALOT!!!)
FRY ON EACH SIDE FOR APR 8 MINUTES (TOTAL OF 16)
DONT OVER CROWD THE PAN
DRAIN ON A RACK OR A BUNCH OF PAPER TOWELS



                                                  BE CAREFUL!!! THE GREASE GOT ME REAL GOOD AND LEFT A BIG SCAR!! :o I STARTED FLIPPING THE CHICKEN WITH A LONG SLEEVE SWEAT SHIRT ON AND A BIG FINE STRAINER IN FRONT OF MY FACE ,LOL.
A FROZEN BAG OF PEAS ARE AWESOME FOR BOO BOOS!!!!!! SMACK IT ON THE COUNTER TO GET THE FROZEN HUNKS OF PEAS SEPARATED AND LAY IN ON THE BOO BOO SPOT. IF YOUR CRAFTY YOU CAN EVEN MAKE A SPECIAL WASHABLE COVER FOR IT  ;]. FOR A BURN TRY AND LEAVE IT ON FOR A GOOD 10 MINUTES AT A TIME. EASES THE PAIN ALOTTTTT!!!

OH MY SCALE SUCKS!!! :[   I GOT ON TO WEIGH IN AND SOME TIMES IT SAYS I LOST 2 POUNDS AND SOME TIMES IT SAYS I DIDNT LOSE SQUAT.GRRRRRRR!! GOTTA GET A NEW ONE!!!

  1. Fried chicken looks good, that always reminds Dave of grandma Gallo. My mom never made fried chicken surprisingly she was the chicken cutlet queen. I hate scales, I got one last year for the first time and regretted it since.
