OVER ALL IT WASNT BAD. I WOULD NEVER WANNA DO MORE THEN 30 MINUTES THOUGH! I GET BORED SO FAST. ILL HAVE TO KEEP SPICING THING UP WITH NEW MOVES AND ROUTINES .

Good job! Yes, the jumping rope is definetly a challenge. Marisa Tomei (spelling) stays in shape by hula hooping.

ReplyDeleteI love the hula but get nausea from too much of it unfortunately, otherwise I would alternate between that and dancing. Love to dance, now if I could only get off my butt and do it. LOL
