WORK OUT WEEK #4

JUST STARTED WEEK 4. I'M DOING THE TREAD MILL FOR 30 MINUTES STRAIGHT NOW THANKS TO WATCHING MOVIES .
I HAVEN'T LOST ANY WEIGHT BUT I'M GONNA KEEP GOING FOR THE GOOD OF MY HEALTH.
TODAY I STARTED YET AGAINNNN TO TRY AND WATCH WHAT I EAT.
I'M DOING A DAILY ERASABLE FOOD JOURNAL ON MY BIG CHALK BOARD IN THE KITCHEN SO ILL BE AWARE OF WHATS GOING IN THE BOD. HOPEFULLY ILL START TO LOSE SOME POUNDS ! (I PRAY!!)
HAVE A GREAT WEEK ALL ;]

  1. Doing great, I started the trampoline for a few minutes yesterday and my legs were killing me. Sad :( M
