WHEN THE SAUCE IN THE PAN WAS DONE, I POURED THE LEMONY GOODNESS ON TOP THE FRIED CHICKEN CUTLETS! POP LIKED IT AND SO DID THE REST OF THE CREW :} .

The chicken looks tasty, I never made the francese, I did try the marsala with shrooms a few times. I think the francese is butter and lemon or does it have wine too?
ReplyDeleteI FRY THE CHICKEN IN ALOT OF BUTTER W A LITTLE OIL MIXED IN. CHICKEN GETS FLOUR,EGG DIP,AND THEN FLOUR AGAIN(SALT AND GARLIC POWDER IN FLOUR). THEN IN THE SAME UNCLEANED SKILLET I COOKED CHICKEN IN, I USE ABOUT 3-4 CUPS CHICKEN BROTH,ABOUT JUICE OF 2 LEMONS, ABIT OF LEMON ZEST,PARSLEY AND LET IT REDUCE! YES YOU CAN USE SOME WHITE WINE BUT I USUALY DONT HAVE ANY AND YOU REALLY DONT NEED IT ;]. OH AND THEN YOU JUST POUR THE SAUCE OVER ALL THE CHCIKEN TO COAT!
