DINNER- ONION STRINGS-MAC AND CHEESE-GRILLED CHEESE BURGERS

I CUT UP TWO LARGE WHITE ONIONS AND SOAKED THEM IN MILK FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES. (GETS THE BITE OUT SO TO SPEAK)
DRAIN WELL!

PUT A FEW CUPS OF FLOUR IN A BIG BOWL AND SEASON WITH SALT,PEPPER AND CAYENNE,WHISK IT ALL UP AND THEN ADD YOUR WELL DRAINED RINGS

I HEAT CANOLA OIL TO 375 DEGREES AND ADD A FEW ONIONS AT A TIME (DO NOT FILL THE OIL POT MORE THEN HALF WAY WITH OIL,IT BUBBLES UP WHEN YA FRY THE ONIONS!!!!)

THE GRILLED CHEESE BURGERS WERE YUMMY AND SO WAS THE MAC AND CHEESE.I JUST USED YOUR BASIC ROO RECIPE (MELTED BUTTER WITH FLOUR WHISKED IN AND COOKED FOR A COUPLE MINUTES) ,WHISKED IN LOTS OF WHOLE MILK ,THEN WHEN CREAMY I ADDED CHEDDAR AND PARMESAN CHEESE . AFTER THAT YOU THROW IN THE COOKED PASTA AND BAKE AT 375 FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES.

(PS PRETTY SURE I DID A ONION STRING POST BEFORE,LOL)
