YUMMY CHICKEN SANDWICH

THIS WAS LAST NIGHTS DINNER. MARINATE THIN CHICKEN CUTLETS IN YOUR FAVORITE MARINADE.I USED WASABI (ITS BASICALLY A SWEET SOY SAUCE). LET IT SIT FOR AT LEAST AN HOUR. THEN COOK IT IN A HOT FRYING PAN WITH A SMIDGE OF OIL N BUTTER IN IT TILL GOLDEN.
(THE BREADED ONE WAS FROM THE NIGHT BEFORE THAT I HAD LEFT OVER)
 
PUT THEM ON A TRAY LINED WITH PARCHMENT OR FOIL AND ADD CHEESE ON TOP (I USED HALF SHARP CHEDDAR AND HALF MOTZ) MELT IN 375 OVEN FOR ABOUT 7 MINUTES OR SO.

FRY UP SOME BACON :}

SLATHER YOUR BREAD WITH SOFT BUTTER AND PUT IT BUTTER DOWN ON GRIDDLE OR FRYING PAN TILL GOLDEN.

BREAD DONE!

PUT BACON,CHICKEN W/CHEESE AND BACON AGAIN!!!
EVERYONE LOVED IT!!! ITS ALOT OF WORK BUT IF YOU HAVE CUTLETS LEFT OVER FROM ANOTHER DINNER THIS WOULD BE ALOT QUICKER!!! YOU COULD ALWAYS FRY THE BACON AND CUTLETS IN THE MORNING (OR DAY BEFORE) AND SLAP IT ALL TOGETHER AT DINNER TIME. I LOVED IT TO BUT WAS WISHING I HAD SOME LETTUCE AND TOMATO TO GO IN THERE .MAYBE NEXT TIME  ;].

I WENT ON THE TREADMILL SO ALL IS GOOD (HOPEFULY,LOL).
 
JUST GOT DONE WORKING ON OUR BIG HOUSE COMPUTER . TRIED EVERYTHING I COULD THINK OF TO FIX IT BUT IT STILL WONT LET ME GET TO THE MAIN SCREEN,GRRRR!!!
 
OHHHHH AND I WORKED ON MY WISHFUL THINKING BOOK. I FINALLY GOT THE GHOSTY PART OF THE STORY ALL SET(THANKS MARIA T FOR YOUR EAR!!!)!! NOW TIME TO GO BACK AND RE WRITE A FEW THINGS AND THEN ACTUALLY FINISH ....... :/
