Check Up ! Mac and Cheese

Bill went for his yearly check up yesterday. As you can see, he wasn't happy about it :{ .

They gave him a shot and he got a frozen band aide because he didn't cry . He also got a dum dum lolly pop and

                              Mc Donalds of course. :} (I should have asked for another frozen band aide for maria t  :} }

                The perennial wild flowers are growing quite well,yippeeeee!!! (so far)

 Now this mac and cheese I made came out great!!! 
MAC N CHEESE:
one stick of butter melted on medium heat in a pot
throw about 4 Tbsp of flour in the melted butter and whisk for appr 2 minutes.
Add about 2 cups of milk ,whisk and heat till hot
add salt and pepper
Add one cup grated cheddar
one cup grated Mexican mix cheese (sargento)
half a cup of grated parm and stir till melted
cook about 3/4 of a box of ditilini pasta (probably spelled wrong) ,drain and mix with cheese sauce.
At this point you can just eat it or bake it in the oven to get the top browned a bit. We just ate it as is.
IF TO Thick just add a splash of milk or two.
IF TO runny just add more cheese!

           The kids and I reallyyyyy liked it!!! Cliff wouldnt touch it,grrrrrr!!!
