POACHED EGGS





Going on a low carb drill again. Started yesterday off with making poached eggs for the first time. Pretty darn good!!!


                                Even better with Oscar Myers bacon bits, yummmm!!

You just bring a small pot of water to a low boil.
Add a splash of vinegar 
Swirl the water to make a whirl pool.
Crack and drop the egg into the water and cook for three minutes
Take it out with a slotted spoon.

    I am againnnnn determined to lose that last annoyinggggg 10 pounds!!!!!! I am sooo close to getting rid of this belly  :/ .

Anna and I were a little bored last night. Can you tell, lol. :}
