 I need to add to this one :} . We can be held captive by many things! Fear, loss, Peoples words, peoples actions or non-action, negative self worth, The horror's of world news, The horror's of things happening right under our own roof, etc etc etc, the list can go on forever! And I will admit, I have been under the spell of Negative thoughts, self pity, Sadness, Anger, Hopelessness etc, many times in my life for various reasons through the years. It's impossible to be positive and cheery allll the time! But..... (you knew that was coming ;] ) I really really think that after we allow ourselves to feel these feelings and think these thoughts for a SHORT spell that we cannnn free ourselves of them yet again. It reallyyyyy all boils down to what we let captivate our own personal minds! You think shitty thoughts and you willll have a shitty day!! If you let peoples negative words or energy seep into your soul, they will take root there unless you kick them out!! We have to dwell on the seeds of these feeling at times because our human nature wont let us do otherwise so go ahead and punch something when your mad and scream your head off, cry your brains out when your sad till your eyes are puffy and red, get it all out, we need that!!!..BUT DON'T LET THEM TAKE ROOT!!! To quote the beasty boy, "YOU GOTTA FIGHT,boom boom, FOR YOUR RIGHT,boom boom,TO PARTYYYYY!!!! :} By party I mean, fight for your right to have a good day, fight for your dreams to come true, fight to have a positive body, mind and soul!! Fight for the JOY that life can hold!! There are tonsss of shitty things to deal with in life but there are also tons of wonderful things!!!! Done let yourself sit in shit :].
