Japanese Kousa Dogwoods
What a gorgeous day we had yesterday!! Aunt Pat was right about the white flowering tree.Its a Japanese Kousa Dogwood and the cool fruit red berries they make near fall are fine to eat but birds like them more then humans. I want one for my yard! :}
This was my sky view while chillin with a mag on the deck. It really was an amazing day!
Got my new better homes mag. It was a good edition!
Anna has me washing allllll her stuffed animals. She has at leastttt 100 from when she was nuts for webkins. They have been packed away for a while and now she wants them cleaned.She is saving her favs and then going to sell some on ebay and will donate some. All fine and dandy acceptttt I do not need this extra laundry on top of my normal two loads a day,grrrr!!! Approximately 10 down and 90 to go, Wahhhh!!
I made homemade deep fried french fries last night. They tasted okay but the work involved was NOT worth it!!! I like the hash browns and plain old fried taters better.
Oh I have a trick for extra tasty homemade hamburgers for you. Take a beef bullion, then smash it (fun!), then sprinkle it in your chop meat along with what ever else you like.I use salt,pepper and garlic powder. I fry them in a skillet with a bit of butter to coat the pan and put them on toast. Yummmm!!! Make your patties with a baseball size of meat and then turn them into a BIG 1/4 high flat circle . When they cook ,they shrink to the perfect size and plump up a bit. They cook really fast! Keep your pan medium high so they get those yummy brown spots and edges.
Going to straighten out some important papers today , wash stuffed animals :{ and then hopefully do something fun??????
Have a great day everyone! If the sun comes out it is gonna get hot!!! Right now I've got clouds.

Yard looks beautiful!! Bruce and I splurged on a Weber Grill for our birthdays. I put one of those hamburger patty shapers and I have been making all of our burgers. They are so much better than the premade store ones!!
ReplyDeleteNice and yes they are!!! Enjoy that weber!! I'm jealous and thanks on the yard ;]!!
