University Police has apprehended and arrested both suspects connected to the armed robbery on September 13 in the Tower 3 residence hall. Keyon Lee and Aaron Hill, who are both 20-year-old residents of Buffalo, were taken into custody earlier today by University Police. Neither individual is a Buffalo State student. Hill is charged with robbery (first degree), burglary (first degree), criminal possession of a weapon (second degree), attempted robbery (first degree), grand larceny (fourth degree), and menacing (second degree). Lee is charged with robbery (first degree), burglary (first degree), attempted robbery (first degree), grand larceny (fourth degree), and menacing (second degree).
University Police would like to thank the campus community, the Town of Lancaster Police Department, the City of Buffalo Police Department, and the Erie Crime Analysis Center for their support and assistance during this investigation.
