SORRY I DIDN'T TAKE MORE PICS OF THIS BUT ILL GIVE YA THE LOW DOWN.
PREHEAT OVER AT 350.
USING MY CUPCAKE PAN THAT MAKES BIGGER CUPCAKES THEN THE USUAL, I BUTTERED THE PAN AND SPRINKLED IT WITH SUGAR.
THEN USING DUNKIN HINES CLASSIC DEVILS FOOD CAKE MIX I ADDED
2 EGGS
1/3 CUP OF VEGGY OIL
ONE CUP OF COCA COLA
1/4 CUP LIGHT BROWN SUGAR
MIXED IT ALL WELL FOR TWO MINUTES WITH HAND MIXER
FILL CUPCAKE PAN ABOUT 2/3 WAY FULL
I BAKED MINE FOR APPR 18 MINUTES TILL TOOTHPICK CAME OUT CLEAN
REMOVED FROM TIN AND COOL UPSIDE DOWN ON A COOLING RACK.
LET THEM COMPLETELY COOL
THEN WITH SHARP STRAIGHT EDGE KNIFE YOU CAREFULLY CUT ABOUT A ONE INCH DEEP HOLE OUT OF THE BOTTOMS OF CUPCAKES AND REMOVE THE PLUG OF CAKE. DO THIS WHILE CUPCAKE IS ON A SURFACE. DON'T PICK THEM UP TO CUT THEM!
FROM THE PLUG OF CAKE CUT A DISK THAT YOU WILL CLOSE THE HOLE BACK UP WITH LATER.
IN A SMALL POT, ON LOW HEAT, HEAT UP A JAR OF SMUCKERS HOT FUDGE. WHEN LOOSE ADD 1/4 CUP HERSHEY MILK CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND STIR TILL ALL MELTED AND COMBINE. REMOVE FROM HEAT.
ADD ABOUT ONE AND A HALF TABLESPOONS OF HOT FUDGE TO THE HOLES IN CUPCAKES AND COVER WITH CAKE DISK YOU SET ASIDE.
I INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED EACH CAKE WITH PLASTIC WRAP AND THEN PUT THEM IN FREEZER FOR A COUPLE HOURS OR LEAVE THEM THERE FOR DAYS, LOL. WHEN YOU WANT ONE, UNWRAP AND PUT IN MICROWAVE FOR APPR 25 SECONDS TILL HOT.
PLOP ON A SCOOP OF VANILLA ICE CREAM, OR WHIPPED CREAM, OR CARAMEL SAUCE ,OR CHOPPED NUTS OR MELTED PEANUT BUTTER OR ALL OF THE ABOVE!!! ( MY CHOICE ;] ).
