GIVING IT ANOTHER GO

SO WHEN I MADE PREVIOUS BEESWAX CANDLES THEY ALL ENDED UP BURNING SMALL HOLES DOWN THE CENTER OF THE CANDLES. NOOOO GOOD!!! I TRIED DIFFERENT SQUARE BRAIDED WICKS BUT STILL HAD SAME PROBLEM.

AFTER RESEARCHING ON LINE I FOUND YOU REALLY NEED TO MIX 1/2 BEESWAX WITH HALF OF EITHER PALM OIL OR COCONUT OIL. LUCKILY I HAVE BOTH. BEESWAX DOESNT BURN WELL AND CAN ACTUALLY CATCH FIRE IF BURNED ALONE. WEIRD????

MY FANCY DOUBLE BOILER WITH HALF COCONUT OIL AND HALF BEESWAX. IT MELTED PRETTY DARN QUICK BUT I AM ONLY MELTING ENOUGH FOR ONE CANDLE .

I HOPE THIS WORKS BECAUSE I HAVE A LOT OF CANDLE MAKING SUPPLIES. WAY MORE THEN YOU SEE HERE!

SHE IS POURED AND WILL BE LIT FIRST THING IN THE MORNING. WISH ME LUCK ;].

THINKING OF USING THE BOTTOM OF THIS PIC FOR MY NEXT PAINTING INSPIRATION???

AND YOUR SILLINESS FOR TODAY...

TO CUTE! :}

HOPE YOU ALL HAD A GOOD DAY ;]
