FIRST BBQ OF THE SEASON :]

Going with the charcoal Weber this year.I am sick of the gas grill !Its always messed up one way or the other, ya know.Granted the charcoal has its draw backs.The letting it sit 25 minutes to ash over and get hot but I think its worth it, flavor wise and frustration wise.I made homemade hamburgers tonight which to be honest came out horible,lol.I must have dumped a pound of salt in there when I wasnt looking;],oops.In my defense though my hubby Cliff did over cook the heck out of them(sorry babe but its true:).The good part was the marshmellows for dessert.Way easier on charcoal then gas .They dont go on fire as much;}. Anna picked me some butter cups :}
The Forsythias finally blooming all over the Island.Love the bright pop of yellow!
ENJOY SPRING EVERYONE!(get those seeds going now!)

    beautiful buttercups Anna, yeah I like the old fashioned BBQ but we don't have one. The forsythia's look awesome I didn't realize you had so many
