HONEY BEAR

COFFEE THIS MORNING WITH A TEASPOON OF HONEY (NO REAL OR FAKE SUGAR)AND  ABOUT A 1/4 CUP OF WHOLE MILK. I DO NOTTTT LIKE LOW FAT DAIRY! I WOULD RATHER NOT HAVE IT AT ALL ,ICK, SO ILL TRY AND KEEP DAIRY TO A MINIMUM BUT USE THE GOOD STUFF :} ! I FEEL LIKE EATING A WOD OF CHEDDAR FOR BREAKFAST BUT THAT CONTRADICTS WHAT I JUST TOLD YOU SOOOOOOO HMMMM, WHAT TO EAT?????
OH, I WILL EAT LOW FAT SOUR CREAM AND YOGURT BUT THAT'S ABOUT IT ;].
MY SISTER IN LAW COURTNEY GOT ME THINKING ABOUT HEALTHY SHAKES FOR BREAKFAST .STRAWBERRIES WITH A BANANA AND A BIT OF YOGURT ALL BLENDED UP,YUMMMMM. ILL HAVE TO HIT THE STORE LATER AND GET SOME FRUIT IN THIS HOUSE!!!

  1. OKAY I NEED TO MAKE SOME HEALTHY ALREADY HOMEMADE FOODS TO START THIS! I WILL MAKE CHICKEN SOUP AND MAYBE BLACKBEAN SOAP TODAY TO GET ME STARTED!!! I DIDNT PREPARE FIRST THIS TIME AND ENDED UP EATING A CREAM CHEESE BAGLE,UGHHH!

  5. Oh, and I can't tolerate fried foods after living without them. I don't even fry my chicken cutlets or eggplant ... bake them on the stone.
