WORK OUT WEEK 2

OKAY ALL, I HAVE ONE DAY LEFT OF WORKING OUT TO COMPLETE  30 MINUTES, 5 DAYS A WEEK  TO MAKE TWO FULL WEEKS.

SO FAR THE SCALE HAS NOT MOVED ???????????????????????????
I'M EATING ALITTLE LESS BUT NOT DIETING YET.   SHOULDN'T I STILL LOSE SOMETHING ANYWAY?????????
THIS IS WHEN I GET REAL PIST AND DON'T WANNA DO IT ANYMORE.


I JUST READ A BUNCH OF WEIGHT LOSE ARTICLES AND THEY SAY DIET IS 80% OF WEIGHT LOSE AND EXERCISE WILL BASICALLY RESHAPE YOU IN A BETTER FASHION AND MAKE YOU STRONGER. YOU WONT NESSICARILY LOSE POUNDS ON THE SCALE. FINNNNNEEE ,GRRR! TIME TO WATCH THE DIET!
ALSO TO LOSE 1 POUND A WEEK YOU SHOULD EAT 250 LESS CALORIES A DAY AND BURN AT LEAST 250 CALORIES ADAY

PS. I WANNA LIVE IN THIS CASTLE!!!!! NOWWWW!!!

  2. I've been working out more lately, too. I feel so much better about myself when I do!
